The waste gas is forced into the equalizing chamber of the inner cylinder of the purification tower by the fan. After the first stage of spray treatment, the absorption liquid is sprayed on the upper part of the tower body, and the harmful gas entering the tower body at the lower part flows in reverse with the spray liquid, that is, the waste gas flows from bottom to top, and the spray liquid is sprayed from top to bottom, so that the vapor liquid contact is more sufficient. The overlapping double-layer filter material layer spraying and spray cross arrangement are adopted. The waste gas passes through the filler layer composed of flake ball fillers, and then passes through the second spray treatment, so that the gas-liquid two phases are fully contacted to produce absorption neutralization reaction, improving the purification efficiency. The treated waste gas is then subject to dehydration by the dehydrator and then discharged into the atmosphere to achieve the purpose of efficient purification, and the purified waste gas meets the environmental protection emission standards.

Installation and usage precautions
1. This equipment should be installed above ground level200mmOn top of the above concrete foundation, separate concrete foundations should be made for water pumps and fans as required.
2. During transportation and installation, attention should be paid to protection and the body and components should not be damaged.
3. When this equipment leaves the factory, our company adopts segmented packaging and transportation according to specific circumstances, and sends personnel to the site for installation and commissioning.
4. This equipment is installed and operates outdoors. In winter, attention should be paid to preventing freezing in the bottom water pool area.
5. There is a liquid level mark on the bottom pool of this device. Before use, be sure to inject the absorption solution according to the liquid level mark. Attention should be paid to replenishing absorbent solution during use.
6 When using, the circulating water pump should be turned on first 2-3Minutes, then start the blower. When stopping, stop the blower first 1-2Stop the circulating water pump again in minutes.
